  1. Results for the diseases intracranial aneurysm and breast cancer were compiled. The disease-specific corpora were built using PubMed and the queries described in the Methods section. The genes described in each corpora were extracted using ProMiner, and a list of genes specific for each disease was obtained. Then, OSIRISv1.2 searches were performed for each list of genes on the whole MEDLINE collection. Results presented in the table correspond to the MEDLINE collection at August 2007.
