Parameter variation: wave-like case. Simulation results showing how vesicle release is sensitive to an increase of the parameter c on from 0.3 (reference case, see Figure 3) to 0.5, in the case of wave-like Ca2+ uncaging. See legend of Figure 3 for details. It can be observed a significant increase of the release, up to 8 vesicles in 1 ms (compare to the reference case of Figure 3, right side).
