Dependency of the analysis on the number of resampled dataset. 3 initial datasets were generated as described in Figure 2 and in the Methods section and from these either 10, 36 or 70 resampled datasets were generated by random resampling and the number of true (TP) and false positive (FP) transcripts calculated. The detection of oscillating genes was performed with ARSER.
