The x-axis represents SNPs and y-axis represents genes (traits). Both SNPs and genes are arranged by their locations in the genome. C+B×A and C of Model 2 have stronger cis-regulatory signals and weaker trans-regulatory bands than Model 1, LORS, and Lasso. C of Model 2 has weaker trans-regulatory bands than others. LORS has weaker trans-regulatory bands than Lasso since it considers confounding factors.
