Comparison of QuSAGE and Q-Gen analysis for the M6.6 myeloid lineage gene set. Results are organized as follows: QuSAGE across the top, Q-Gen across the bottom. The left column provides the fold change estimates of testing changes over time relative to baseline, and the right column for testing symptomatic versus asymptomatic at each time point. Each comparison’s significance level is color coded based on its FDR adjusted p-value for that particular comparison across all 260 gene sets. Q-Gen’s VIF estimation is less conservative and, combined with the pooled estimate of the variance, provides narrower confidence intervals and provides additional sensitivity at earlier time points
