Difference between the Illumina assembly and the cp_2320 assembly. The figure shows one of the large differences between the Illumina and the cp_2320 assembly. The FES reads in blue have been mapped against the cp_2320 assembly. They match perfectly. When the reads are mapped against the Illumina assembly they show a large insertion.
