TFA and TFC changes in STAT5-tetramer deficient mice. TFA and TFC of 65 TFs were estimated from IL2- and IL5-induced RNA-seq datasets and compared between wild-type and STAT5-tetramer deficient mice. Thus, TFA or TFC of a given TF is shown in red color if it is higher in STAT5-tetramer deficient mice than wild-type mice. If the level of TFA or TFC is higher, the color is darker. The numbers in right-side of heat-map indicates TF functional group (please see legend in Fig. 3c)
