Named entity categories are sometimes abbreviated: ANATOMY (Anat), DIAGNOSTIC_PROCEDURE (DiaP), GEOGRAPHIC_LOCATION (GeoL), PERSON_POPULATION (Pers), PROFESSION (Prof), SUBSTANCE (Subt). For question type categories, the abbreviated forms are: DIAGNOSIS (DIAG), SUSCEPTIBILITY (SUSC), and TREATMENT (TRTM)
