The disorder content represents the percentage of amino acids in long disordered regions, predicted by the IsUnstruct predictor. The proteomes are divided in protein sets encoded by chromosome/plasmid DNA. The overall organisms disorder content is almost the same as in the chorosome-encoded proteome subset
