  1. The table shows the expected resolution using only the first 42 of the 183-site Y. pestis minimum spanning set. The group size indicates a number of strains that could not be differentiated from one another and the count is how many groups of each size exist. A total of 28 strains were fully resolved and the largest group contained 20 unresolved strains
