This figure shows the mean relative abundance for differentially expressed transcripts (y-axis) versus the differential expression method (x-axis) (organized by the alignment and quantification procedure used). Mean relative abundances are provided for all transcripts selected by either (a) any ALDEx2 method (regardless of log-ratio transformation used) or (b) edgeR method only (and not any ALDEx2 method). The acronyms slFMD, slQUASI, and stsl describe alignment and quantification procedures (see Methods).
