High level end-to-end workflow Values for predefined ‘input’ metadata attributes are prepared per NGS data sample. The NGS data is moved to central and secure storage (vault) and tagged with the metadata values. To process the NGS data a ‘run’ of the HPC analysis pipeline is executed, whose results are again moved into the vault and tagged with additional metadata values of the run. Finally, the results of the run are delivered to the data owner
