Neither agreements nor discrepancies in topology are noted between these subgraphs though there are overlapping genes (e.g., mTOR, RICTOR, EIF4EBP1, etc.). Instead, subgraph a) is complemented by additional interactions superimposed onto the network, as visualized in subgraph b)
