Effect of Axin on MMP-13 Expression in IL-1β-Stimulated Hc-a. The Ha-c cells were plated into a 6-well culture plate at 2 × 105 cells/well and then allowed to adhere overnight. After incubation, the cultured cells were treated with 100 ng/ml Wnt 3a in triplicate with or without 10 ng/ml IL-1β for 24 h.
