Topological properties of simulation network in situation 1. In situation 1, the number of newly added duplication genes and de novo genes are given. We obtain two simulation networks based on the traditional model and our improved model and compare the topological properties of these two kinds of simulation networks from (a) Average degree, (b) Transitivity, (c) Pathlength, (d) Node betweeness and (e) Edge betweenness. We take the reservation rate and rewiring rate of duplication gene, and the connection rate of de novo genes be α=12.89%,β=79.77% and γ=99.29%, respectively
