Users can (1) exclude pathways containing specific compounds and reactions by specifying their KEGG ids, (2) only include pathways containing specific compounds and reactions by specifying their KEGG ids, (3) exclude pathways with a path length longer than a given number of reactions, (4) exclude pathways that conserve less than a given number of carbon atoms, and (5) exclude pathways that produce less / consume more than a given number of ATPs
