Schematic of Immunological Shape Space Model. The computer model is comprised of a set of agents (B cells, antibody, and antigen). Biological processes are governed by a set of rate equations. Simulations are performed using a master equation (Gillespie algorithm) which executes rate equations based on their probability of occurring.
