Workflow and implementation of cBASE: After quality control, PCR-amplicon and plasmid sequencing files are parsed, and then blasted against germline VDJ-genes using IgBLAST. Ig gene variable regions are compared nucleotide by nucleotide and antibody expression is recommended if no amino acid changing mutations are detected

CDR = complementarity determining region. Ig = immunoglobulin.
