Schematic of package pipeline. Raw input data is first processed to isolate and prepare individual trajectories that adhere to the specific inclusion criteria. The processed data are then fit using the biphasic or single phase model to obtain fitted model predictions and corresponding parameter estimates. These first two steps can be achieved in one line of code using the ushr() function (or ushr_triphasic() if fitting the triphasic model).The output information can then be visualized; for example by plotting the model fits, using plot_model(), and inspecting the 95% parameter confidence intervals (CIs) using summarize_model()
