From: IsomiR_Window: a system for analyzing small-RNA-seq data in an integrative and user-friendly manner
Integration between the IsomiR Window pipeline and IsomiR Window GUI. The GUI allows the user to visually set the analysis settings that are passed to the pipeline for execution. The pipeline is launched when requested by the user via de GUI and as the analysis is executed, log files are created by the pipeline. The GUI monitors these files in real time to present the user a progress meter. Gray boxes correspond to optional processes.
