  1. The markers for each phase of the cell cycle are given under a textual form. The names used to describe the markers are the labels of the corresponding entities in the map. Subunits in complexes are separated using the “:” character. Text in parantheses gives the post-translational modifications of a given entity (protein or complex subunit). For example, “P@Thr172” represents a phosphorylation at threonine 172. A same entity may have more than one post-translational modifications, separated in the text by the “|” character
