HDMI reports the threshold used for the HDMI between the groups; pairs is the count of groups found to be in mutual exclusion with the group of the corresponding DDR gene; PW is the number of group pairs for which at least one gene pair passed the hypergeometric test on pathways; Validated is the number of group pairs for which at least one of the gene pairs identified by the hypergeometric test on pathways is also confirmed by the GARP test (considering both deep deletion and somatic mutations)
