Comparison of ScreenGarden and ScreenMill. A Unsmoothed data of the Dad2 Synthetic Physical Interactions screen analysed with ScreenGarden and ScreenMill are compared. Regression (red line) and Pearson correlation were calculated using the stats 3.6.2. package in RStudio. B Smoothed data of the Dad2 Synthetic Physical Interactions screen analysed with ScreenGarden and ScreenMill are compared. ScreenMill does not automatically smooth data, thus smoothing was performed using PERL based on mean LGRs [5]. Smoothed data of the C Nop10, D Hta2 and E Sec63 Synthetic Physical Interactions screens analysed with ScreenGarden and ScreenMill are compared. F Both ScreenGarden and ScreenMill analysis accounted for similar ratios of true growth defects and false-positives when compared to the validation screen data from Berry and colleagues [12]
