Quality Control for consent group combination. To ensure the combination of the consent groups occurred successfully, a quality control step is required. To do this, Canary outputs the number of lines in the info file and compares it to the number of columns in the dose file: there should be n + 1 number of columns in the dose file in comparison to the info file as the first 2 columns in the info file do not contain dosage information whereas the info file only has 1 row, the header, which does not contain SNP information. Red squares in the info file denotes the file header
