Potential downstream applications of the neural cryo-EM format with items shown in this paper having solid edges. The format itself may be extended to create density graphs, as we have in this paper, or other structures such as a point cloud. Neural cryo-EM maps may also be used directly for tasks such as local density interpolation. Using graph-based machine and deep learning, the graphs created from the neural cryo-EM format may be used to predict individual amino acid type, using maps of atomic resolutions, or other predictive functions depending on the resolution of the original map
