Colors were chosen so that the embryo was divided by a plane in \(z =\) 8.83 μm (red: \(z <\) 8.83 μm; blue: \(z \ge\) 8.83 μm). Detected neighbors of the cell with the maximum x-position are highlighted (yellow).
