From: MitoHiFi: a python pipeline for mitochondrial genome assembly from PacBio high fidelity reads
Mitochondrial genomes assembled with MitoHiFi for DToL, ASG and VGP species. The 374 mitochondrial genomes assembled using MitoHiFi are shown. The three is derived from NCBI TaxonomyDB [20, 21], and was visualised in iToL [22]. The grey histograms represent the mitochondrial genome length for each species.
