Distribution of log2 normalized differences between the imputed values (or corrupted values) and true values. The performance of different imputation methods for all datasets with raw counts are shown. The differences were calculated by subtracting the true values from the imputed values (or zeros for corrupted data). Positive differences were normalized to \(\log _2(value + 1)\) and negative differences were normalized to \(-\log _2(-value + 1)\)
