Representation of the observation time uncertainty. If an event happens between observation 1 and observation 2, it will only be reported at the time of observation 2. The observation time uncertainty corresponds to the time between two observations. To note, even though the TTE can theoretically happen any time between two observations, it is unknown whether this is true in a real life context. TTE: time-to-event, RTTE: reported time-to-event
