Scatter Plots module. This module allows us to confirm the findings of the correlation analysis module. Here, you must define in the input panel (A) two groups (1 and 2) and two genes (3 and 4) to be compared. Once you set all input information, you can run the analysis (5). The result will show two XY plots with one gene per axis (B). Each plot corresponds to a group and includes correlation features that reflect the variation observed in the previous module.
