In the sequential model, the distance of a target entity pair (cAMP and TPO) is 9, while in the graphical model, the distance is shortened to 3. In comparison, modeling the topology of a sentence through a graph can better define the distance between words, which benefits the implementation of NLP downstream tasks to some extent
