From: Comparative analysis of metagenomic classifiers for long-read sequencing datasets

  1. The table shows the total abundance estimation error for datasets PB2, PB3 and ONT2 (datasets that contain human reads) for all tools and two databases: a database with the human genome and a database without the human genome. The error was calculated as the L1 distance between abundances calculated for each tool and true abundances. In a row, cells with values close to the best are highlighted with a blue background, and those close the worst are marked in red. The best and worst values are further set apart with bold text and a more intense hue of their corresponding background colors. Each dataset name is followed by the percentage of human reads in that dataset in parentheses
