The navigation bar shows options for import and export, various visualizations, and information about GenExVis. The main view changes depending on the selected visualization and can be maximized by minimizing the bars on the left and right. In this example, an MA plot can be seen. The data bar summarizes imported DESeq2 and expression count files and allows to switch between the complete dataset and a subset of features for visualizations
