The input interface of Drug-Online. We need to provide drug SMILES (compound SMILES), target sequence (protein sequence), and structure (PDB file). Drug SMILES and target sequence can be directly entered into the respective text boxes, or their corresponding files (.smi for drug SMILES and.fasta for target sequence) can be uploaded using the file upload button. The PDB structural file of target can only be uploaded using the file upload function
