  1. The row of Filter 1 shows the numbers of predicted ncRNAs that exist in TAIR8 intergenic regions. The row of Filter 2 shows the numbers of putative ncRNAs that do not exist in ncRNA databases. The row of Filter 3 shows the numbers of candidate novel ncRNAs that cannot be classified by Rfam.
