Figure 6 shows the temporal specificity of the functional modules identified from the TC-PINs created according to the threshold value of 0.7. It is developed with the number of functional modules as a vertical coordinate, the frequencies of occurrence of functional modules in 36 functional module sets as a horizontal coordinate.
